ServiceNow Developer (4936)

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years' experience developing ServiceNow
- Experience developing ServiceNow workflows, forms and dashboards
- Build workflow and automated scripts
- Build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Provide advanced support by troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
- Working understanding of IT service management (Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge management)
- Understanding of IT help desk and service desk along with an understanding of ITIL
- Prior experience with agile methodologies, story writing
- Ability to convert user requirements into solutions
