Evo is looking for a IT CyberArk Support Analyst for our downtown Portland Client. The client's IT Cyber Security program needs a CyberArk Support Analyst to sit on an operational support team implementing project rollout. This contract opportunity is scheduled through 12/29/2017.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
  • Required Product Knowledge:
    • An ITIL environment: 5+ years
    • Cyber security: 4 years
    • CyberArk: 4 years
    • Subject Matter Expert experience level
  • Privileged Access Management Experience with CyberArk, including working with components such as vaults, CSMs, PSM, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI, and providers
  • Vault all Administrative Accounts and passwords
  • Resolution of password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, scheduling
  • New implementation work which includes integration into applications; migration configuration changes to production and handling change management tasks
  • Experience of security and systems standards, Access Management, Authorization/ Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System
  • Must be well versed in Master Policy configurations and Workflow configuration
  • Extensive knowledge on PAM controls /Validated System
  • Skilled in defining Standard operating procedure SOP, SMTD for the current CyberArk environment
  • Must perform PAM impact analysis for on boarded application
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are required
  • Great documentation skills a must
  • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization and to comprehend business imperatives
  • A strong customer/client focus with the ability to manage expectations appropriately and provide superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships
  • Ability to perform on-call support and otherwise support and respond to requests for assistance on a 24x7, 365 bases
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with EPV version 9.7 (vice earlier versions)
  • Experience with other electronic password storage products and/or security technologies, such as CA SiteMinder and Active Directory
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or relevant field of study
  • CISSP or other security certification
  • Excellent data analysis skills using standard office tools are required
  • Experience in an ITIL environment and working with a service ticketing system
  • Familiarity with network devices and architecture
  • Understanding of user access, authentication, and authorization
  • Understanding of Unix/Linux command line operating systems
